Anglers visiting South Fork Lodge have the chance to chase trout in America’s preeminent dry fly river. From the last snowfall in spring to the first dusting in the fall, the South Fork of the Snake’s cutthroat, rainbow and brown trout always seem to be looking up. Trophy trout lie and wait around every bend, and anglers, under the tutelage of our friendly and expert guides, get the chance to tangle with a giant every day they’re on the river.

Enjoy a guided or unguided fishing trip on the North Fork Coeur d'Alene River in northern Idaho for native Westslope Cutthroat, Rainbow, Brook, and Bull Trout.  We also offer fishing for trophy sized naturally reproducing Brook Trout in our exclusive private trout pond.  In southeastern Idaho fish local trout waters for Bonneville Cutthroat, Rainbow, Brook, and Brown trout. Trips from ½ day up to 7 days, from Jan 3 to Dec 22, with or without lodging and meals, can be arranged.

Located on the banks of the famous South Fork of the Snake River we offer all-inclusive fly fishing trips year round and waterfowl hunting in the Fall. Our Orvis endorsed lodge and fly shop are open from May through October.
